Meet our CEO and Senior Broker, Quiana Hughes.

Quiana has been helping families across the nation play financial offense since 2018, when she became a licensed life insurance agent. She has over ten years in Corporate America, where she holds a bachelor degree in Marketing and a masters degree in Advertising & Public Relations. Quiana transitioned out of Corporate America in 2019 to pursue entrepreneurship full-time serving families and developing others to become brokers in the life insurance industry. Quiana’s passion is helping families achieve financial peace of mind, protection on their income, and help ensure retirees never run out of money in retirement.
